IN THE RING FOR OUR COMMUNITY

Glove Up Greenwich was created to bring our community together to support causes important to our town. We have partnered with The Rowan Center, Greenwich United Way, Glenville Volunteer Fire Company, Byram Volunteer Fire Department, and Greenwich Emergency Medical Services to help finance and amplify their community initiatives for mental health, safety, and wellness. We chose to work with the following charity partners because we all share the same mission of providing our community with the tools and support to persevere in the face of struggle.

Serving the eight towns of lower Fairfield County since 1979, The Rowan Center provides free, 24-hour confidential support to those who have experienced sexual violence, or know someone who has.  The Rowan Center counsels victims and survivors as they process their experiences of sexual violence from the past, advocates for them as they navigate the circumstances of the present, and educates our communities to prevent sexual violence in the future.
